Manhattan Footcare’s founders Dr. Steve Menna and Dr. George Pace are both expert podiatrists certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. They each have more than 25 years podiatric experience treating all types of foot and ankle conditions.
Dr. Menna and Dr. Pace are among New York City’s most qualified podiatrists. They specialize in the surgical correction of foot and ankle deformities, sports medicine and related injuries, diabetic foot care, geriatric foot care, cosmetic dermatological procedures to beautify your feet, as well as pediatric foot deformities.

Dr. Vitaliy Volansky, DPM

Dr. Volansky is highly trained in all phases of podiatric medicine and surgery. He has completed 3 years of residency and is a Faculty Member at the NY College of Podiatric Medicine. As a clinical instructor at Lincoln Hospital, Doctor Volansky is current in the latest surgical and non-surgical techniques including endoscopic procedures, diagnostic ultrasound, extracorporeal shockwave therapy, and radiofrequency neuroablation. Doctor Volansky completed a fellowship in dermatological pathology at BAKOLAB in Atlanta and is skilled in all aspects of sports medicine and injuries, diabetic foot and wound care, and non-surgical treatment of ailments affecting children. As well, Doctor Volansky is fluent in Russian.

Dr. Dawson completed his residency training at New York Downtown Hospital, an affiliate of the Weill Cornell Medical College, where he received extensive training in both podiatric and orthopedic surgery. Dr. Dawson went on to pursue a fellowship in trauma and sports medicine with world renowned AO orthopedic surgeons in Germany.
As an avid runner, rower and marathoner himself, Dr. Dawson is uniquely positioned to understand the needs and concerns of athletes. Dr. Dawson is dedicated to incorporating a multidisciplinary approach to treatment. His unique approach incorporates alternative exercise programs and innovative therapies to speed the recovery process safely and get you back on your feet with minimal downtime.
Dr. Joseph Alencherry

Dr. Alencherry has completed a 4 year residency with comprehensive training in elective, reconstructive and trauma surgery of the foot and ankle. He also is trained in advanced non surgical and minimally invasive treatments of common foot and ankle conditions. He has an interest in treating the pediatric population and has experience in flat foot reconstruction and in treating congenital deformities.He has received additional training at the prestigious Ilizarov Institute in Russia. He is an Associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
